DMCA Infringement Claim Process
Please provide us with the following details if you feel that your has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement:
(a) an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
(b) description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
(c) a description of the location on the website of the material you claim to be infringing (including the particular URL at which the allegedly infringing material appears);
(d) your address, telephone number, and email address;
(e) a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and,
(f) a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the information referred to above in your Notice is correct and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or allowed to act on behalf of the owner of copyright or intellectual property.

The misuse of the procedures, or misrepresentation of facts above in a notice, or counter-notification can lead to legal liability for damages, court costs, and attorneys' fees.
Take Down Procedure
Upon receipt of the written notification provided in the manner above, we will:
Remove or disable access to the content that is claimed to be infringing;
Forward the written notice to the user who uploaded the content suspected to be infringing ("User");
Take appropriate action to immediately inform the user to the material that has been deleted or disabled.
